There are some new faces and some familiar ones around the table at the Belleville Chamber of Commerce.
They held their board of directors election last week and saw a number of organizations represented including manufacturing, education, tourism and sales.
Belleville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2018 includes: Jim Whiteway, Loyalist College; Kevin McCaughen, Sigma Stretch Film; Sarah Hanna, Rushnell Funeral Services; Ashton Calnan, The Right Fit; Helen Wheeler, RentX Moving Systems; Derrick Morgan, BDC, Peter Kempenaar, Taskforce Engineering; Jon Tuer, Wilkinson & Company; Suzanne Hunt, Templeman Menninga; Greg Sudds, West City Honda; Jill Raycroft, Belleville Chamber of Commerce, Kelly Henderson, Henderson Williams; Karen Poste, City of Belleville and René Veillette of Hanon.
Suzanne Hunt has been elected Chamber President for 2018 and says their focus is on attaining accreditation with the Canadian Chamber. She says it is a rigorous program that requires them to meet the highest standards of policy, service and performance.
