A Kingston-based Canadian Forces member has been charged with sexual assault.
Colonoel Jean-Francois Duval is a member of the Canadian Defence Academy in Kingston and is facing a total of 10 charges, in connection with five alleged incidents, at bases in Valcartier, Quebec and Gagetown, New Brunswick, between 2005 and 2014.
Details of what happened were not released, but Duval has been charged by the National Investigation Service with two counts each of sexual assault, scandalous conduct and disgraceful conduct, three counts of prejudicing good order and discipline and one count of performing indecent acts.
