Two people from the GTA have been arrested and charged with fraud-related offences and others, after a traffic stop on the 401 near Brighton.
Belleville Police were notified of a woman making a suspicious credit card purchase at a Highway 62 business on October 19th, before leaving the scene in a white U-Haul van.
