Monthly real estate stats in the Quinte Region are continuing on a downward trend.
Overall dollar sales for September 2017 were 13.5% lower than in 2016, at just over $81.2 million.
Residential dollar sales dropped 16.7% compared to September last year, at a little more than $67.7 million.
While less units were sold, the average price of a home in the region last month did rise though, to about $270,000, which is up close to $11,000 compared to September 2016.
