Bouyed by another downtown festival, members of the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment in Belleville say a weekend open house was a great success.
Sergeant Stephen Barkema tells Quinte News about 500 people stopped by the Belleville Armouries on Saturday and about 10 people expressed interest in joining the regiment.
The Hasty Ps had showcased some equipment and programs to prospective reservists and the public.
