CJBQ is proud to announce that play by play coverage of the Trenton Golden Hawks and Wellington Dukes will continue this season.
CJBQ will broadcast 11 games for each team with the majority originating on the road. Including the Belleville Senators, CJBQ will have 100 broadcasts of local hockey this season.
The Dukes will kick off CJBQ’s broadcast season when they travel to Newmarket on Thursday September 28th. That will be the first of 4 games in 4 days. One night later (Sept. 29) the Golden Hawks make their CJBQ debut as they host the RBC Cup champion Cobourg Cougars at the Dunc McDonald Community Gardens. CJBQ will wrap up the week with play by play coverage of the Belleville Senators exhibition games against the Laval Rocket (Montreal Canadiens) on Saturday September 30th and Sunday October 1st at 2:45 both days.
