Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crime Unit and members of the Central Region Emergency Response Team executed a warrant Wednesday shortly after 4:00 p.m. in the Village of Norwood.
Police entered the residence with a warrant granted under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. Investigators arrested and charged three males at the scene, seizing drugs and a firearm.
Perry Jay FAWM (age 51) of Norwood, Ontario.

- Possession of a firearm while prohibited
- Possession of a schedule I controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking (Hydromorphcontin)
- Production of a Schedule II controlled substance (Cannabis Resin)
- Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance (Marijuana over 30g)
- Breach condition of probation order (not to possess illegal drugs or substances)
The accused remains in custody pending a show cause hearing in the Ontario Court of Justice in Peterborough, Ontario.
Anthony MOTUZAS (age 73) of Norwood, Ontario.

Timothy MOTUZAS (age 33) of Norwood, Ontario.
