A graduate of Nicholson Catholic College in Belleville is a finalist in the Miss Universe Canada 2017 pageant.
Stephanie Philbin says she is honoured and excited to be officially announced as a finalist.
She attended Loyalist College, where she finished at the top of her class in Business Sales and Marketing.
Philbin currently works in Toronto as a real estate publisher.
Her profile says as such a small town Belleville girl, she never imagined standing among such an inspiring and intelligent group of young women.
Philbin is one of 67 named finalists for the competition, where the winner will compete in the Miss Universe.
