A South Frontenac man has been charged after a disturbance at a popular park in Napanee last Saturday evening.
Napanee OPP responded to Rotary Park where a man had been assaulted and had his car damaged.
The altercation took place near the park’s splash pad.
Arrested was 34 year old Sheldon Welch. He was charged with assault, threatening bodily harm and mischief under $5,000.
