It’s a welcoming sight for Brighton residents, as water levels have begun to slightly decrease and conditions are returning to stability.
Clean-up arrangements are still being made however, as it’s been determined that water levels won’t drop substantially in the coming weeks.
Brighton officials say they are focusing on monitoring conditions and keeping things under control.
The Municipality of Brighton would like to thank everyone involved in sandbagging efforts and for manning pumps overnight.
