A Kingston man has been charged after a local woman was photographed in a changing area in Quinte West.
The incident is said to have happened in December at a Quinte West business, when the victim noticed a camera taking a picture of her while in the change room.
Police searched electronic evidence and as a result, they have charged Corey St Onge with five counts of voyeurism.
The investigation continues.
