A Canadian Armed Forces member at CFB Trenton has been charged with multiple offences under the National Defence Act.
The Department of National Defence says complaints were made against two CAF members, during Operation NEVUS on Ellesmere Island, in the summer of 2016.
An investigation has led to charges being laid against Sergeant Raymond Euper, including one count of sexual assault, two counts of abuse of subordinates and two counts of conduct to the prejudice of good order and discipline.
No other details on the incident were released and a date and location for a possible court martial have yet to be set.
