A skateboarder was hit by a van in Belleville Thursday.
Around 7:00 p.m., a male was going southbound on a sidewalk on North Front Street near Tracey, when he was hit by a silver Dodge Caravan.
The driver of the vehicle took off.
The skateboarder was treated for injury.
