Here are some photographs taken at various locations as the Quinte region endured record breaking rainfall and high water levels and flooding in spots. All photos taken by John Spitters, Quinte News. The Moira River surrounds a home in Foxboro, at Harmony Road. With levels in the Bay of Quinte still rising, the water is close to lapping over onto properties in Rossmore in Prince Edward County. Weller’s Bay spreads itself onto these properties near Consecon. There is very little beach left on the Lake Ontario side of North Beach Provincial Park.
