The OPP’s Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad is looking for a man who may have ties to Kingston.
The ROPE squad says 36 year-old Elliott Sullivan was serving a four-year sentence for weapons trafficking, aggravated assault, breaking and entering, theft and uttering threats and has breached his parole.
He’s 5’6” and 125 pounds, with hazel eyes, short brown hair and several tattoos.
Those include a spider on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm and barbed wire on his right wrist.
While he was last seen in the Sudbury area, Sullivan does have links to Toronto, London and Kingston as well.
He was last seen driving a brown 2006 Ford Escape SUV, bearing Ontario Licence BWAZ 689.
Police say anyone who sees Sullivan should use caution and call 911, or if you might know where he is, call the ROPE squad at 1-866-870-ROPE (7673).
