An elderly man was injured in a single vehicle rollover this afternoon.
Quinte West firefighters, OPP and Hastings-Quinte EMS responded near 804 Hamilton Road, where the car had flipped and the driver was laying on the lawn of a property.
Fire Chief John Whelan tells Quinte News, at first, it seemed the man had been thrown from the car, but it appears he got out under his own power following the wreck.
He’s been taken to Belleville General Hospital, but there’s no word on the extent of his injuries.
Emergency crews had the scene cleared within half an hour.
