Regular patrons of Coach’s Pub in downtown Picton will have to find another place to eat, drink and be merry for a while yet.
Last week, a part of the east wall of the historic Royal Hotel, now undergoing renovations, buckled, forcing the evacuation of the pub and upstairs apartments.
Prince Edward County Mayor Robert Quaiff tells Quinte News construction experts responded right away.
It isn’t known when the rebuilding of the wall will be complete.
