High winds this afternoon have caused some problems across the Quinte Region.
In Belleville, some road closures are in place in the Bridge and William Street area, after a tree came down on top of a car.
Reports from the scene say a woman was extricated from the vehicle, but there have been no reported injuries.
Meanwhile, both Hydro One and Veridian are reporting sporadic power outages due to lines coming down, residents in Belleville, Frankford and Prince Edward County are affected.
And Prince Edward County fire officials have also declared a full burning ban because of the windy conditions.
