A week following the shut-down of a Belleville housing complex, there has been no movement on cleanup or meeting enforcement orders.
The Bel Marine Retirement Residence at 228 Dundas Street East was closed and all residents relocated at the end of February, for safety reasons.
The building is under enforcement orders from the city of Belleville, the Fire Department and the Electrical Safety Authority.
Chief Building Officer Ted Marecak.

All residents , nearly 50 of them and many with special needs, were relocated from the building with the assistance of community and provincial agencies, Hastings County and the city.
Officials say a large pile of garbage is still on the property.
Marecak says he has not heard anything abut a new owner, and the building is owned by a numbered company, 9087958 Canada Limited.
