The Guardian Angel Gala has outdone itself again.
Saturday night’s “Starry Night” gala raised $136,000 for The Children’s Foundation.
Last year, the annual gala raised $130,000.
Ken and Cynthya Schmidt, McDonald’s franchisees, were this year’s Guardian Angels.
The Children’s Foundation provides funding, programs, and services to children in need in Hastings, Prince Edward, and Northumberland counties.
