Residents will have one last chance to comment on Brighton council’s proposed budget for this year at a council meeting tomorrow evening.
As it sits, the budget would go up just under 2% from last year.
If passed as is, a homeowner with a house valued at $250,000 in Brighton would see local taxes go up by $61 a year.
