Belleville could have bus service along its western Bell Boulevard corridor before this year runs out.
Transit chair councillor Jack Miller says the advisory committee is looking at two routes to potentially provide service to the west side of Bell Boulevard and also into the Industrial Park.
Miller says the idea is not to set up a completely new route.
He says there is no need for a bus to go all the way west on Bell Boulevard so the idea is to find a proper turn-around, possibly at the Shoreline Casino.
