Prince Edward County wrapped up 2016 with a building boom, topping the previous year.
Construction value for last year was $83 million.
Chief Building Official Andy Harrison says 128 new houses accounted for $42 million of that.
The biggest month in 2016 was February with a total of $12 million, $9 million of that was the reconstruction of the Royal Hotel.
