A former local junior hockey player is in the final four at the Spengler Cup in Switzerland.
Drew MacIntyre, who played for the Trenton Sting in 1998-99, is returning to the Spengler tournament, after winning gold with the Canucks last year.
MacIntyre is serving as backup to Zachary Fucale, the Montreal Canadiens pick.
MacIntyre has played in the AHL, some NHL action, the East Coast League and is now in the KHL with Zagreb.
