As was predicted, the mercury climbed up to a record high yesterday in the Quinte region.
As measured at CFB Trenton, the temperature hit 34.8 degrees, breaking the former record high
of 33.3 set back in 1955.
Today’s predicted high is 31, and the record is currently 32.8 degrees, set in 1964.
