A former hockey coach with the Junior Bulls hockey organization will be sentenced in September after being found guilty of fraud.
Thirty-one-year-old Martin More of Belleville was found guilty of four counts of fraud Tuesday.
In November 2015, Belleville Minor Hockey Association contacted Belleville Police Service Criminal Investigations Branch with concerns relating to financial irregularities associated to a Belleville Junior Bulls hockey team.
Hastings County assistant Crown attorney Mike Lunski told Quinte News that More was found guilty of fraudulent cheques totaling $7,275.
Lunski says More has paid some monies back to the Association.
Sentencing is set for September 15 at 9:30 a.m.
