A woman is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries following a head on crash on Highway 49 in Marysville this afternoon.
During the noon hour, Napanee OPP were called to the area just south of Belleville Road where a pickup truck and a van collided.
OPP confirm the lone driver of the van, a woman, was trapped inside the van and had to be extricated. She was taken to Belleville General Hospital
The man driving the pickup suffered minor injuries.
OPP closed Highway 49 between Old Highway 2 at Belleville Road and Depot Road for two hours to conduct an investigation which is still ongoing. The roadway has since reopened to traffic.
