A 53-year-old Trenton man is facing a series of charges after complaints were made about a man driving erratically in Quinte West yesterday afternoon.
At 3:30 p.m. it was reported to OPP that a white Pontiac Montana Van was traveling unsafely off the Highway 401 at Highway 33, then later observed in the area of Gunter Settlement Road.
Police located the vehicle on Stockdale Road and a police investigation revealed that the man was impaired by drugs and breaching conditions in a court order. The man was arrested at the scene.
Dale Woodall is charged with driving a vehicle impaired by drugs, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and two counts of failing to comply with a court order.
He has a July 14 court date.
