A Belleville man has been charged with drinking while driving on the 4-0-1 west of Brighton..
Northumberland O-P-P got a complaint about a westbound vehicle in Cramahe Township on Saturday night. The driver was seen drinking what appeared to be a bottle of beer. The vehicle was stopped by police and the driver showed signs of alcohol consumption. Charged with driving with more than the legal amount of alcohol in his blood is 37-year-old Robert Tandy. He will appear in Brighton court on June first.
