Residents of Tweed were out in full force yesterday to greet members of the Military headed overseas.
Soldiers from C-F-B Petawawa made a stop in the town on their way to Trenton for deployment.
Soldiers were supposed to start arriving last Saturday… but the volcanic ash cloud hanging over Europe hampered their travel plans.
Another group of soldiers will go through Tweed Tuesday.
