A Montreal man spent an extra night in Napanee after he as was arrested just minutes after leaving Traffic Court. 47-year old German Krotenko was facing charges yesterday for driving while under suspension after he was ticketed in January by a Loyalist OPP officer. The same officer noticed the suspended driver attempting to return to Montreal after his court appearance. He was immediately arrested and charged for driving while under suspension again and failing to comply with a recognizance. Krotenko has a bail hearing today.
