It’s a familiar refrain… action is just around the corner on the new racetrack and casino project in Belleville.
Doug Rollins, President of the Quinte Racway, says, not for the first time, that he’s optimistic that financing will be in place soon, and the project could start this summer. A wealthy Ontario investor is in talks with Baymount Incorporated to provide financing to get the racino built and operating. Ontario Lottery and Gaming will have the final say on any partnership arrangements.
