Prince Edward County firefighters didn’t need much time battling two fires in Carrying Place.
A small smudge in a bedrom at a home on Old Orchard Road yesterday afternoon was quickly extinguished.
Firefighters also knocked down a fire in a closet on Hanthorn Street. No one was hurt, and the cause of either fire hasn’t been released.
