A 51-year old Belleville man faces charges after police responded to a report of a possible impaired driver on North Front Street. Officers didn’t immediately locate the car….but, later spotted a suspect vehicle at 11:40 last night, on Front Street in the downtown. Lawrence Farrell is charged with Impaired Driving and Over-80.
