Local Travel Agents have been getting lots of calls from frustrated and angry travelers stuck at Pearson in Toronto and numerous airports in Europe. The volcanic ash hovering in atmosphere over Europe has thrown travel plans for many local residents into chaos. Kirsten Kelly of CAA in Belleville says it’s a tense time for some local travelers. Travel agents are suggesting you postpone your European Vacation if possible until the situation clears or be sure to buy cancellation insurance to cover any expenses resulting from cancelled flights.
