There were more than 26-hundred active listings in March stats released by the Quinte and District Real Estate Board, this morning, and many more “for sale” signs have been placed in front of homes in April. President Jeff Nelles says both new listings and sales increased substantially in March compared to the previous month…and, sales increased by 18-percent over last March to 49-million dollars.
