Belleville Police are now saying it’ll be later today before they get a
positive identification on a woman’s body pulled from the Moira River last
week. Sergeant Julie Forestell says the body is headed to the Centre of Forensic
Science in Toronto today. An autopsy was to have occurred on Sunday but no
results are available …including the I-D or the cause of death.
Residents on Cannifton Road North found the body on Friday afternoon.
