Belleville Police responded to a call of a possible impaired driver on Cannifton Road.
Police noticed a wheel was dislodged in a parking lot and followed gauge marks that led to West Street.
A lone male occupant was discovered in a vehicle with a missing front passenger wheel.
24 year old Nicolas Gilmour of Burlington faces charges of having Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while his ability was impaired and Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle while having over 80mgs of alcohol.
He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on May 27th.
