Ontario Chamber President Len Crispino says the province attracts people from around the world, but often fails to help them make their lifetime ambitions come true. With the support of the federal and provincial governments, the chamber will provide over one-million dollars in grants to 15 centres, including the three local communities, to provide mentoring and job shadowing programs, diversity training for employers, job fairs, resource guides, workshops and training.
