Sentencing for a Port Perry man, who killed a motorcyclist on Highway seven near Kaladar, has been postponed until next month.
Forty-seven-year-old William Spears, who was convicted in Kingston Superior Court in December of criminal negligent driving causing death, was to have been sentenced last week, but that was put off until early-May.
A 37-year-old Almonte man died when Spears van struck him ten kilometres west of Kaladar in August, 2006.
