The Quinte region had a remarkable month of March in the eyes of Environment Canada.
The government weather agency says the month saw temperatures at above normal values… and percipitation at below normal values across the province.
The agency says there hadn’t been so little snow since 1953… and precipitation (mostly in the form of rain) amounted to only 42 millimetres… about 60 percent of normal amounts.
