A vehicle has struck and killed some cows on County Road 41, 10 kilometres south of Kaladar.
The O-P-P say 30 cows got out of a nearby field shortly after 5-30 this morning and wandered onto the road, and nine of them were hit by a southbound car. The driver wasn’t hurt, but seven cows died and two others were injured…
The owner of the animals removed the carcasses from the scene and herded the rest of the cows back to pasture.
