The 4-0-1 is open after a fatal accident West of Kingston yesterday.
O-P-P were dispatched to the crash on the highway at County Road 6 near Odessa.
Police say an eastbound vehicle crossed the median and struck a car traveling westbound.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene while three others were taken to Kingston General Hospital with serious injuries.
No other details have been released.
