People who shouldn’t be are using handi capped parking spots at the new YMCA of Quinte West. The planning committee is recommending Council approve ticketing those vehicles. Councillor Terry Cassidy found it strange that people were using handi capped spots to save energy to go into a building where they planned on burning huge amounts of energy.
