Gunshots were heard in Belleville early this morning. It’s believed two people were shot….but, it’s not yet known how serious the injuries are after some kind of confrontation at the corner of Victoria Avenue and Albert Street. Sergeant Julie Forestell confirms police were called to 153 Victoria at 3:29 this morning and found two injured males at the scene. One victim has been taken to KGH. A witness tells our newsroom one of the victims was lying unresponsive and motionless outside the home when paramedics arrived and CPR was performed at the scene. Sergeant Forestell says there are many interviews being conducted…and, at this time they can’t confirm reports to our newsroom that a 21-year old man is in custody.
