It was a theft on wheels in Belleville’s East Hill neighbourhood.
City Police say a woman was walking on Foster Avenue toward Dundas Street East on Monday morning when a man, described as wearing a black hoody and black track pants, rode past her on a mountain bike and grabbed her bag from her hand.
The victim’s bag is made of black fabric and has “AVON” on the side, written in blue. It contained identification, keys, and money.
