Children in Brighton will have one fewer summer day camp to choose from this year.
Parks and Recreation Director Jim Millar has been told by the Y-M-C-A it will cancel the program, which has run the past five years.
That leaves two local camps for kids, operated by the Conservation Authority at Goodrich Loomis Conservation Area, and at the Brighton Children’s Centre. Brighton’s Committee of the Whole is expected to discuss the situaiton tonight.
