An ATV rider from Tweed faces impaired driving charges after a head-on crash with a mini-van sent him to hospital with serious injuries nearly a week ago. Central Hastings OPP say 31-year old Denny Turcotte was also charged with dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and numerous other offences. OPP say the ATV was travelling at a high rate of speed on Jamieson Street when it collided with a van on Victoria Street early last Friday evening.
