Conservative MP Daryl Kramp calls it a jobs and growth budget. The Prince Edward Hastings MP says it is intended to help the country to continue to escape from the recession. Kramp says stimulus fundnig will continue for another year ensuring the governments commitment to communities will be followed through. Kramp says there are many initiatives contained in the budget which will create jobs in research & development, incubation, commercialization, energy & environment.
