Another person has been arrested in connection with the mugging of a Brighton woman earlier this year.
Northumberland O-P-P charged a young person with robbery with violence, but wouldn’t say if the suspect is a man or woman, and wouldn’t release a name.
Twenty-year-old Katrina Foote of Trenton was arrested and charged with robbery with theft about a week after Donna Phillips was attacked and relieved of money, her jacket and a cell phone in downtown Brighton on New Years Day. Phillips claimed at the time both of the other people were women.
